Building a website for a company like Metalbril is not an exercise in style. It is an act of synthesis: taking years of artisanal expertise, finishes developed in the workshop, and projects installed in private residences, luxury hotels, and international museums, and turning them into a digital narrative that is clear, precise, and useful for those seeking a partner to create bespoke metal design works. The new Metalbril website is now online, and in this article we explain what we built and why.

The first choice we made in building the new website was about target audience. Metalbril does not sell to private clients from a catalogue: it works with professionals who have a project to realise and are looking for a partner capable of managing bespoke metalworking from design through to installation. For this reason, every section of the website has been conceived with this audience in mind, with technical and in-depth content that answers the real questions of those who design luxury spaces and need to understand what Metalbril can do, with which materials, with which finishes and with which production process.
Processes. Everything we do, explained with precision.
The processes section describes in detail the technical expertise of Metalbril: burnishing, metal painting, cleaning and polishing, TIG and MIG welding, laser cutting and bending, metal carpentry design. Every page explores the specific process with the materials it is applied to, the finishes it produces and the design contexts in which it is required. It is not a list of services: it is a technical guide for those who need to understand whether Metalbril is the right partner for their project.

The finishes section is the heart of the new website. Oxidized, painted, materic and stone-effect finishes: every category presents the aesthetic possibilities Metalbril offers to the designer, with precise technical descriptions and finish code references. The BeSpoke configurator also allows up to 10 finish samples to be selected and requested for physical delivery, to assess texture, reflections and tones before any design decision.

The materials section explains how Metalbril works each metal with specific expertise and finishes developed in-house. Brass with its oxidizations and burnishing of great chromatic depth.
