Laser cutting and bending are the processes that define the geometry of every element: the shapes, angles, profiles and surfaces. At Metalbril these processes are carried out with precision industrial equipment and specific technical expertise, on iron, stainless steel, brass, aluminium and copper, for commissions ranging from individual furnishing accessories to large-scale contract productions. Bending. Three-dimensional geometries with industrial precision
Bending transforms flat sheet metal into a three-dimensional element. It is the process that gives volume to structures, creating profiles, boxes, edges and complex shapes from a flat sheet of metal. Carried out with numerically controlled press brakes, it guarantees precise and repeatable angles on every piece in the series, with tolerances that allow perfect fits and joints during assembly. Bending at Metalbril is carried out on iron, stainless steel and aluminium, with parameters calibrated to the thickness of the material and the type of alloy. For metal components requiring more complex processing, bending is integrated with milling and turning, further expanding the formal possibilities available to the designer.

Laser cutting is the technology that has revolutionised metal processing in carpentry. It allows complex shapes to be cut with tight tolerances and absolute repeatability on every piece, without physical contact with the material and without deformations from mechanical pressure. Applied to sheets of iron, stainless steel, brass, aluminium and copper of different thicknesses, with results that conventional metal punching cannot match in terms of precision and edge quality.
