Michele’s experience in the galvanic sector begins. From the first electrolytic treatments, the passion soon extends to cleaning, painting and metal carpentry.
Premium custom metal working, where material meets design
Some companies work metal. And then there are those that truly understand it.
Metalbril is born from the conviction that every metal surface is the result of a precise choice of technique, material and finish. A choice that, in luxury interior design and furnishing projects, can make the difference between an ordinary environment and a space that leaves a mark. For years we have worked side by side with interior designers, architects and architecture studios looking for a reliable partner to transform a design idea into a finished, perfect metal element, ready to be installed. Our custom metalworking is never a standardised product: it is the result of a dialogue with the project.
From concept to final result
Everything begins with an idea. It may be a sketch on paper, a photographic reference, a vision still to be defined. Our in-house design office translates that vision into high-resolution 3D renderings and parametric models, offering a realistic preview of the work before production even begins. From design, the process moves to production: TIG and MIG welding, laser cutting, bending, cleaning, burnishing, polishing, painting. Every phase carried out in-house, with direct quality control at every step. The final result is delivered and installed according to the project specifications, in Italy and abroad.
For an interior designer or architect, working with Metalbril means having a single point of contact for the entire process, from custom metalworking to final installation.
One-of-a-kind works, not simple fabrications
Our custom metalworking takes shape in works that inhabit the most exclusive spaces: tables and metal furniture accessories with premium finishes, interior staircases with steel and brass structures, worked metal wall cladding, doors and screens, vases, chandeliers, metal kitchens. Every piece is designed and produced to measure, starting from the specific requirements of the project and the finish chosen from our range: burnishing, polishing, satin finishing, oxidization, painting and much more. We produce nothing from a catalogue. Every work is unique because it is born from a unique dialogue with those who commission it.
Our story
The idea takes shape: material and vision meet in a unique, bespoke and authentic project
Our process covers the entire metal processing cycle, from raw material to finished product.
We carry out TIG and MIG welding for the joining of structural and decorative elements, with a level of precision and bead cleanliness that makes the difference on exposed pieces. Laser cutting allows us to work complex shapes with tight tolerances, while bending guarantees precise and repeatable geometries even on long series.
The metal cleaning and polishing phase is where the surface comes to life: we remove imperfections, work the grain and bring the metal to the finish level required by the project. Metal oxidization transforms the material with chemical and thermal treatments that give chromatic depth and a unique visual character, particularly sought after for brass and iron in interior design applications. Metal painting protects and enhances every surface, with opaque, transparent, oxidized-effect or materic finishes according to the project specifications. Every custom metalworking process, whether conventional surface treatments or more experimental premium finishes, is carried out in-house, with direct control over every phase of the process.
Certified quality for guaranteed results
Metalbril holds CE Marking EN 1090 for steel and aluminium structures and components, and AID certification for interior staircases through an Accredia-accredited body. Concrete guarantees of regulatory compliance, essential for those designing high-level public, contract and residential spaces.

Materials we work with
We work with iron, stainless steel, brass, copper, titanium and aluminium to create high-end decorative metal finishes. Every material undergoes dedicated processes: painting, patination, polishing and coating; to transform it into a distinctive, premium and recognisable surface.
